One of his standout roles is that of a Regional Recruiting Operations Manager. In this capacity, he expertly orchestrated the efforts of personnel across extensive regions. His visionary approach yielded not just results, but enduring partnerships with educational institutions and local authorities. Tim’s advice to senior leadership on matters of budgeting, planning, and execution has consistently delivered exceptional recruiting outcomes within his region.

It embodies impact. His role as a Medical Waivers Liaison was pivotal in assessing and processing medical waivers for aspiring Army recruits. Fueled by a steadfast commitment to fairness and accuracy, Tim ensured that each recruit underwent a comprehensive, equitable evaluation of their medical conditions. In an era where diversity and inclusivity are paramount, Tim’s work transcended duty; it was a cornerstone in constructing a robust and capable defense force for the nation.

As the Vice President and Co-founder of Warrior Pointe, he championed a cause deeply personal and significant. Warrior Pointe emerged as a sanctuary for veterans—a place where bonds forged in service are rekindled, and the scourge of isolation, which often begets challenges like joblessness and homelessness, is shattered. Tim’s vision attests to his faith in the transformative power of camaraderie and support to uplift lives.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University, he fortified his professional acumen with specialized courses. He has completed the Senior Leader Course at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College, and he’s a certified Master Resiliency Trainer, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Presently, Tim’s  journey takes a monumental stride forward as the Director of Operations for The Price Group. In this role, he steers and directs the Recruiting, Marketing, and Administration teams with an adept hand. His influence extends to building a robust recruiting and agent CRM, underscoring his proficiency in leading initiatives that blend innovation with operational acumen.
